High Five Tots

Ages 2 – 5

Do you have an active 2 to 5 year old who loves to run, climb, kick, throw, flip, and more?! Or they just need to burn some additional energy. Are you looking for a program where they can learn the basics of how to move their body, follow directions, and learn to LOVE physical activity? Introducing: High Five Tots! Our 45-minute classes start with a dynamic warm up before your child will learn a sport-theme for the day. Collaboration, teamwork, listening-skills, overcoming obstacles, determination — our classes will help your child continue to love to move their bodies, be prepared for school or organized sports, or simply just a lifetime of fitness and health. Our tots classes incorporate more advanced learning opportunities that focus on the basics of athletic skills. Learn the basics of throwing a ball, using a racket, and don’t forget everyone’s favorite colorful parachute at the end of each class!

Weekly Sport focuses

Each week we will aim to focus on a different sport and learn the basics of it. Think balloon throwing for Volleyball, Racket holding for Hockey, we will have fun experimenting with all the basic elements of different Sports.

We have the Supplies

All you need to do is bring yourself and your Tot. We will have all the supplies needed to have a fun, educational class. Just bring a big smile and a water bottle and we will do the rest!

Hands-on activities

Our activities are designed to keep your child engaged, whether it’s learning how to hold a Hockey Racket or kick a Soccer ball, our classes will be fun and energetic to keep those Tots wanting to learn more.

These Tots may want to play a Sport when they are older…

It all begins with fun, introduction and exploring. So with these classes it gives the Tots a chance to explore different Sports, and learn the basics for future involvement whether it be at school, a club or just as a hobby. We want to grow those minds in a safe, fun and exciting way!
